Throwing Knives Into Dead Tree Stump

I think I spent more time looking for my knives than actually throwing them. I underestimated how difficult i would be to find them when they ricochet in different directions. I think this was the las time I went throwing knives at random stumps in the desert. Unless it has a clean blackdrop even then if the ground is too soft it is almost impossible to find once they get buried. Even in my own yard its so easy to lose track of every knife during a throw, I have soft dirt. I have lost knives in my own yard for months.
